At ARS Metal Technology d.o.o., we specialize in high-precision CNC metal machining and the manufacturing of demanding machine components. CNC Production

In our in-house production facility, we specialize in high-precision CNC milling and turning, whether for individual custom parts, prototype manufacturing, or series production. Using state-of-the-art machining centers, we manufacture complex mechanical components such as housings, shafts, flanges, and special tooling according to your technical documentation or 3D models. We process a wide range of materials, including structural and tool steels, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, non-ferrous metals, and engineering plastics.

External Partners

To ensure that finished components meet the most demanding operating conditions, we organize all necessary post-processing treatments through long-standing cooperation with reliable, specialized external partners. To achieve the required hardness, toughness, and wear resistance, we provide heat treatment processes such as hardening, case hardening, nitriding, and annealing. We also offer final surface protection services, including aluminum anodizing, zinc plating, browning (black oxide), and powder coating, ensuring comprehensive functional and aesthetic protection for your product.

CAD-CAM Modeling, Programming and Quality Control

Alongside manufacturing itself, we provide technical preparation, 3D modeling, and programming (CAD-CAM) services — whether we are developing manufacturing technology based on your sketches and ideas or optimizing existing CAD models for more efficient CNC machining. Every component manufactured in our facility undergoes strict final dimensional and tolerance inspection prior to delivery. We perform the same level of verification on all parts returned from external heat treatment or surface finishing, guaranteeing that the final product fully complies with your technical drawings and specified requirements.
